Return Policy

At CMCArts, we take great care in curating and packaging each item we offer. Due to the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, we understand that situations may arise. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases such as:

• Items that arrive damaged
• Incorrect items received
• Other exceptional circumstances

If you believe your order qualifies for consideration, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at cmcarts@cmcarts.org, including your order number and photos (if applicable). We will review each request on a case-by-case basis.

If an exception is approved:

• Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
• Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise determined

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
